Anel is the best, she’s super friendly, very helpful and she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Don’t forget to mention she can put a smile on your face like nothing else. But definitely would highly recommend express insurance they do everything, literally like everything.

I can truly say this insurance place is amazing, the people are wonderful they made our first visit great. They make sure to go above and beyond to help their customers. Anel is super wonderful I love her personality, and the fact that she makes sure to help as much as possible. I highly recommend express insurance to anyone.

I gotta say there service here is great , they treat you like family, i have all 5 of my vehicles insured here and haven’t had any problems or complaints in my part, there rates are the lowest in town They’ll work with you on trying to find you the lowest rates for your vehicles they will go out of there way to make a customer happy on any way possible, i do recommend any person to get a policy here you’ll be happy with there business, I also will like to thank ALIDA for her help, You guys sure do treat your customers on a very high professional level.

I been a customer for nearly 2 Years! I have not once had a complain, never had been stressed out/ felt frustrated when I had a question of my policy, and the customer service is Amazing. Every Single Time I walk in I’m Always Greeted, and helped. Anel Zamudio is Ku to go person when I have a question or need help. She is an Amazing worker helping me and helping other customers.

I moved to Reno 3 weeks ago and I was referred to this company by a coworker. I called and got a wonderful quote over the phone, drove over to the company which was only 16 minutes away. Spoke with Susie and the whole thing took about 10 minutes. Thanks for making my first Insurance in Reno easy and affordable.

They helped me a bunch! Gave me a great deal on full coverage for our jeep! Ana H. Also threw in my sr22 for the whole contract, free! I wish I knew of this place sooner, I would of been saving a ton of money!
